The City of Rio Rancho and FORROS held a ribbon cutting ceremony at the North Beach to
celebrate the clearing of 28 acres of the bosque of invasive species such as Russian olive and salt cedar.
It was a beautiful day, if a little windy, and the turn-out was great.
Following the ceremony lunch was provided by SubWay and Raley's Grocery Store.
