Willow Creek Bosque -- Phase III

Many more jetty jacks were found than were expected. Three lines for a total of 38 were removed. A fourth line was found almost completely buried in the underbrush. These were dug out partially then bent down and buried.

Trees that were hard to reach with the extractor were removed using a bobcat. It was also used to create wildlife piles.
Then the big girnder was brought in to grind up the trees and spread the chips on the bosque floor.

One of four lines of jetty jacks found in the Willow Creek Bosque.

The bobcat pulls brush from around trees. Some are ground up and othere used for wildlife piles.

Extracted trees are ground and the chips spread on the bosque floor.
